PowerBI Text Box Formatting Terrible
Ha Ha you neglected to mention anything about hyperlinks
There is sadly no helpful info here on how to copy and paste links
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-add-hyperlink-to-text-boxI dont usually use AI for answers, but found this info. I have not tested it. Please try it.
I appreciate you would like to copy and paste the block of text and hyperlinks, where as you will need to do multiple copy and paste for each.
Please accept solution if it works.
In the meantine click thumbs up just for the helpful suggestion. 👍Thanks 😎To copy and paste a hyperlink into a text box in Power BI, simply: select the text within the text box you want to link, then right-click and choose "Hyperlink," paste the URL into the "Address" field, and click "OK"; you can also access the hyperlink option through the text box formatting menu and paste the URL directly there.Key steps:-
Select the text:Highlight the text within the text box where you want the hyperlink to appear.
-
Access the hyperlink option:Right-click on the selected text and select "Hyperlink" from the context menu.
-
Paste the URL:In the "Insert Hyperlink" dialog box, paste the URL you want to link to in the "Address" field.
-
Confirm:Click "OK" to apply the hyperlink.😀

If you copy and paste from aword processor like Office 365 Word to a Text box, then it will copy and paste the line feeds and paragraph control characters. So the appearance looks different.
Try copy and paste fro Word to Note Pad, then edit Note Pad and copy and paste to Text box.
WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get)
Please click thumbs up just for the helpful suggestion. 👍
Then click [accept solution] it is actually works.
Thanks 😎
the issue with this is that notepad removes any hyperlinks, other than for other formatting it works
