PowerBI Table Visual running totals

Hello,

In the Total row of the table visual on PowerBI, the column showing %Spent, in the total column is the average % of the data in that column. I would like to get the %Spent of the total contract amount/the Spent, how do I do this? a measure or another calculated column was not working for me. The data has slicers based on other criteria, so how do I ensure the total calculation of the % Spent will vary based on the slicer selections?

here is a snapshot for reference
