PowerBI Table - Sum from Source Sharepont List without Duplicate rows

I am creating a PowerBI Dashboard where all data comes from a SHarepoint List. This list includes a couple of columns that are of the type Choice where multiple selections are allowed.

In PowerBI, I've expanded these Choice columns so that now there are multiple rows for the each Sharepoint List row that has multiple choices selected.

I am looking to have a table in the dashboard that shows the value of a numeric column that corresponds to what is shown in the Sharepoint list and to summarize these rows at the bottom. However, it is summing the all of the newly created row values for this column (corresponding to each of the distincy Choices) for a given row entry. How can I overcome this to only show the value as it is seen in the Sharepoint List for that row and then sum for the original row values?

Thanks!!

Here is the PowerBI file .

It is very simple. THere is a Microsoft List where there is one row. There is a Value column that is 3. THere is a Choice Column which allows for multiple selections, and three choices are selected.

In PowerBI, under Transform Data, I've expanded the Choice column to all rows to be able to access the values. This has expanded the number of rows to match the number of choices.

In the table in the powerBI file I want to have see the value of the original entry in MS List. However, it is showing the value of the total of the three new rows, effectively multiplying the Value by the number of chocies. How can I arrive at just having the value that is showing up in the List?
