This has been asked many times. It is a known bug and unfortunately, the answer is no. Alternatively, there is a custom viz with a similar feature - just disable to pro features.

Honestly, the tooltip is more of a minor inconvenience than a major issue, so if I were in your position, I would just stick with it and explain the situation to my stakeholders.
