PowerBI / PowerPlattform Data Alert for each Team

Hey Guys, 

I need some help with PowerBI Plattform/Cloud Data Alert function. 

We measure several Teams performance. The Output is from 1 - 3 

Now, when their is a 2 or 3 in the Status, it should be send an Email to the corresponding Team. 

• If the Status is 2 the Email should be send every week. 
• If the Status is 3 the Email should be send every day. 

From my understanding Data Alert or PowerAutomate can only interact with a KPI or a Value.

Is their any possibility to write an Email to each team depending on the Status? 

Important to add: The Status is implementet in the M Code for the PBIX file.
