PowerBI Online, Preview etc. not working properly (AWS Database)

Hello Community,

I am experiencing a couple of issues today with all my reports. 

 

My Set-Up:

  • Data Source - AWS Postgresql (RDS)
  • The AWS RDS is stopped - I only run the DB during update and PBI refresh for a short while. After that the DB is shut down
  • no direct query is used
  • only pbi certified charts are used

Update Issue:

  • Some reports cannot be updated and published even though this was possible a couple days ago. No changes made.
  • Other, similar, reports can be updated but it takes unusually long

Does anyone have a clou whats going on. Might it be an Mircosoft Issue?

 

Access Issue:

  • Neither in PBI online nor in the published links (private and public) are working properly 
  • Most of the charts cant be displayed - sometimes all I see is a blank page
  • Sometimes an error message appears
  • I have tried with the AWS RDS tuned-on and off - nothing works

* I have tested simple reports with only 1 excel as a source and wasnt able to see and load it online
