Sample FileIs there any work around in powerbi to achieve this with just one visual or suggest any custom visuals

Based on my research, I am afraid you could not achieve this Matrix visual currently in Power BI, I suggest you to submit an idea in ideas forum: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
