PowerBI Map Chart with Zipcode Boundaries and Locations

Hi Folks! 

i'm looking to plot a bunch of zipcodes using their boundries in powerBI using the ArcGIS Map. I want to overlay specific locations using markers on top of the zipcode boundaries, how can I achieve that? Would someone be able to guide? 

Image 1 - Zipcode Boundaries using 5 digit US Zipcode

Image 2 - Specific Locations using Latitude Longitude
