PowerBI July update installation error

Hello Members

I am seriously facing a challenging error after downloading the July PowerBi 2018 update from  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45331  

I removed gateway installer as well as powerbi service before installing the latest version...Please, help.

I can successfully install and run the latest version. You may check if Resolve issues when starting Power BI Desktop helps.

Thanks for your advices but it ain't helped me. Rather, I resolved it all by myself.

The problem was associated with the "Custom Dataconnectors" which I have installed through VSTS and POWERQUERY SDK.

So,  uninstall VSTS and delete the cache with connectors , reboot the pc and there you go

it will work.
