PowerBI -Dynamic-Title

In powerBI, when I try to add Dynamic title for a visual and apply conditional formatting for Title by going into Title-title-text box,  Ok button is missing.

    Hi Moon_Embrace252 
    The dynamic title should be a measure. 
    For example to achieve the title like on the picture :

    with selected year and red color in case of profits that are less than 2.5 % ,
    I need to create a measure for the title :

    Dynamic title = if([profits _ %] > 0.025,"The profits (%) for: " & MAX('Calendar'[Year])  & " greater than 2.5 % " ,
     "The profits % for " & MAX('Calendar'[Year])  & " less than 2.5 % "

    To put it at the visual :

    and now I can get a desired color with conditional formatting based on the title measure or on the value of the visual :
