PowerBI Desktop Query Refresh Popup Not showing up
Hello All,
The issue has been sloved in Version 2.130.930.0.
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
Hi AiyooDa - Hope you are using the latest version of Power BI Desktop . To troubleshooting refresh popup ,
Sometimes, the settings may get corrupted or change unexpectedly. Resetting can resolve such issues.
Go to File > Options and settings > Options.
Navigate to Diagnostics.
Click on Enable tracing, then restart Power BI Desktop,you can also clear the cache in Data Load for current file. reopen the pbix file and check once.

Am on 2.130.754.0 64-bit (June, 2024). Tried the steps you outlined. No luck
