PowerBI Desktop June 2023 Update - Can not open file, used up all memory and take sooo longggg

Hi

I not sure what shall I do, got headache already

1. I upgraded my powerBI desktop to June 2023 update

2. opening my file fail, used up all memory and take so long <still not loaded> - see attached image

3. revert back to old version, can not open the file in (2), complaining the file is using new version
4. now, had to use old backup file (6months ago) and there are over 30 changes to re do

Any advice?
