PowerBI Desktop Crashes on Refresh

I see powerbi desktop is crashing very frequently while refreshing.

i got the below error msg while refreshing. Did anyone had similar issue?

OS:Windows 10

PBI:2.71.5523.941 32-bit (July 2019)

I could not reproduce your issue on my side. Could you clarify which data source are you trying to refresh? Which connector are you using?

Thanks for your response 

I am using .xlsx files as input files. Total 3 Input files,

1.xlsx contains 1560 rows and 102 columns

2.xlsx contains 300 rows and 4 columns 

3.xlsx contains 450 rows and 8 columns
