Hi,
I came across this article: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/PowerBI-connect-to-readonly-replica-of-Azure-sql-d...
Does the latest PowerBI now support this?
Thanks.

Hi @SachinC ,
According to your description, Power Query does not support the ApplicationIntent parameter at this time. If you want to connect to a read-only copy of Azure SQL database, you can check out these documents, they mention that you can do so by enabling the failover feature in the advanced settings under the connector.

Hi there,
I am connecting to Azure SQL and I've ticked the option in Data Source Settings: Enable SQL Server Failover Support. However I am lost where to add: ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly. Am I correct in saying that it is still not supported? I am using 2.131.1203.0 64-bit (July 2024) which is the latest version as of 31/07/2024.
Please can you let me know as I have been looking and rummaging for a while.
Thank you.
