PowerBI Buttons to Display the Data Hierarchy (two down arrows) are Greyed Out

try clicking on the up arrow and then the the grayed ones should be clickable that will make the drill drown.
It's a hack, but it worked. I cannot believe this. Thank you so much. It must be reported as a bug. Is there a way to have the report open up all the levels by default?
