PowerBI App tabs (for different audience)

Is there a way to remove or moreso disable viewing the 'All' tab on the PowerBI app? I created several tab for diff audience groups but the all tab is sometimes a default for users and its confusing to see a long list of reports rather than just seeing each tab one by one.
