Hi,
I am trying to export a simple table I have built in PowerBI App (online not desktop) however it will not allow me to do so.
When I click on Export, I have an option for 'Analyse In Excel' - when I click this, I get an error message saying:
It does however then download an excel however when I open the attachment I get another error message:
This behaviour is observed by all users that try to export this report to excel.
Please can you provide some guidance. Essentially, the users need to be able to download a snapshot of the table so that they can review offline (i.e. they are not trying to make any changes to the PowerBI report itself, purely for analysis purposes).

Instead, you must choose a specific visualization.

From the screenshots, it appears that you tried to export the whole report instead of a specific table.
Please follow the steps below to export the table:

2. Choose layout option from 1 or 2 on the picture.

When I click the 3 dots (...) at the top of my report, the options I get are:
