Hi,
I think. there is a bug in the addon for Powerpoint after changing/adding Visual-Filter in PowerBI-Desktop
1. database:
2.PowerBI-Report with new Visual-Filter:
3. PowerBI-Addon for Powerpoint: all ok (withhout 2022)
4. PowerBI-Desktop: adding YEAR 2022 to Visual Filter:
5. PowerBI-Report: all ok
5. PowerPOINT: New Year (2022) will not be shown after loading: I think it is a bug ?!
In my company this behaviour causes a lot of work.
Please help.
Kind regards
Rainer

This is by design. "Erneut laden" will only refresh the data, not the meta data. It's the same when you pin visuals to dashboards. Any subsequent design changes (filters etc) will not be transported through. You have to delete the Power BI content in PowerPoint and re-embed.

Is there a way to update the URL in a PowerPoint with the updated filters so you don't lose all the formatting that's already in the PowerPoint?
