PowerAutomate/Alert Dashboard
Hi all,
I have a dashboard showing incidents. What I need is for a notification email to happen for any new incidents. The data source is a live connection to a data warehouse. So basically, if new incident happens, send email to X person. I have been trying to use alerts function and power automate to set this up, but no luck so far. Any ideas?

Does your data source provide notifications when new incidents are added? If not then you wil need to create your own polling process (for example in Power Automate) that keeps track on what incidents you have already processed the notification for.
