PowerApps - 'Create New' clicked but not opening a link in browser

When selecting 'create new' in the PowerApps visual, the app within Power BI seems to refresh and it gives the message that the browser should open, but the browser doesn't open. Is there a setting that I am missing?

yes, you can play with the authentication browser settings in the options menu.  Likely related to the forced shutdown of Internet Explorer.
