Power bi shape map: forcing a key for a custom map

Hi, 

I retrieved this Shape file and used mapshaper to retrieve the Quebec province shapes.

And used this site to retrieve the polling results:

My Topojason has way too many keys and whatever field I try to put in as my location, it can't make the proper link.

For exemple, this district is supposed to be liberal, not Bloc:

My shape file has all these keys:

and if I try to use either the Electoral district number or district name from my polling results, neither allow me to properly link the results with the topojason key fields.

What is the actual key in this relationship, I'm struggling here!
