Power bi query
I want to show items with no data as 0 instead of blanks.
In the above table, the category "Archived" has no related records, so it is showing as blank, is there any way to show 0 instead

Hi Anonymous ,
I don't see Archived category in the screenshot above. There could be many reasons why this is not appearing here.
You will have to add more details here like:
- what columns are you moving in your visual?
- Is there some kind of filtering on the visual which is not showing Archived in the visual?
- Is Archived category present in your source data that you are pulling in Power BI? Share some screenshot for this.
Thanks,
Pragati

Hi Pragati,
Thanks for your reply.
sorry it is not Archived, it is Archival & Retained.
Yes, I have applied some filters that's why it is not showing Archival & Retained in the visual and yes this category present in the source data that I am pulling in Power BI.
As you can see, now I have removed filter and it is showing the category Archival & Retained. But I want to display zero in place of blank.

Hi Anonymous ,
If there is a filter on the visual which eliminates that category then it won't be displayed.
Thanks,
Pragati
