Hi, @herosoftware

According to your description, you are using SharePoint to synchronize a .pbix file and it shows that it has been in sync and the data is not coming from one computer to another computer. Generally, the sync arrow will display when you are uploading files, or OneDrive is syncing new files from the cloud to your PC. If it shows for a long time, it could be because you have an online file open, a very large file syncing, a lot of files stuck in a queue. We suggest you try following and see if the issue can be fixed:

1.Ensure you are using the latest version of OneDrive sync client.

The latest version is 23.226.1031.0002 (November 17, 2023).

Latest version link: OneDrive release notes - Microsoft Support

2.Try resetting OneDrive sync client:

1)Press Windows key + R to open the Run window. Enter wsreset.exe, then select OK.

2) A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close. You can close the Microsoft Store window.

3)launch OneDrive again, see if the issue will disappear.
