Power bi datasource.error

Hello I am trying to get data from Json url, but today its showing me "datasource.error". I googled a bit, also chekced my datasource settings and everything seems ok to me (i didn't have any issues...
Need Help

Which connector do you use in Power BI?

What kind credential type does the data source need?

It seems you select the wrong credential type or wrong connector.

    Hello 

    I am using to connect with jason url from Zutec. I sconnecting jason url with my powerbi using my zutec credentials

      Starting 06/02/2020, Microsoft Power BI will begin rolling out to all regions enforcement of the TLS 1.2 protocol for all encrypted connections. All modern web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 11) support TLS 1.2.
