Power bi Slicer value should be default when load report every time.
How do we keep slicer as below when loading report every time, I need commercial and LSEG as tick and sampath as untick when load power bi report everytime( keep as default slicer value) .
Bookmarking method is not success, I am not using any button for load report

If you set the selection in PBIX file and publish the report, once the users first time open the report, they can see the same selection.
But please note that, if users change the slicer selection and close the report, once again they open it, they can see the last selection they made.
In Power BI service, there are options to set a Personal Bookmark. If users create a bookmark for two selections, every time they open the report, they can see the same selection.

Based on the information you have provided, I suggest you create a new default bookmark. Here are my detailed steps:
- Select A and B in the slicer.
- Add a bookmark to this page.
