I came to this forum searching for this issue. Exactly the same thing has started happening approx. 2 weeks ago. Every Power app that is embedded into a Power BI report has a much slower startup, the default Power Apps loading screen never displays, it just launches you into the app after 15-20 seconds. When I try to start the same app from Power Apps portal, it starts up much quicker.
Is Microsoft investigating this? I have seen some people discussing this on Reddit as well.
