Power bi Matrix Add Extra Columns Value

I am not sure, how exactly to do on Power bi matrix.

When i do matrix name in rows and Date in column and value in values. work perfectly fine but i want some measures to be added at the end on column level such as YTD Variance,Previous total and some other measure based on the name.

Thank you, i will look into that. looks quite a complex peice of work, where my model already has more than 8 different table including date. 

Let me give a try.
