Power bi License Issue

Hello,

I have one issue on my power bi license

Currently I'm using power bi desk for free

but when I tried to log in with my university mail to use power bi service, I met below msg

"We can't finish signing you up.
Your IT department has turned off signup for Microsoft Power BI. Contact them to complete signup."

I sent mail to the IT team in my university and I got the reply as below.

"We are not licensed for Microsoft Power BI"

I also tried to buy license personally, but with my University mail address, I couldn't even purchase it because of abvoe err msg

So...what should I do for the next step?

Please help me...

You will have to sign-up for Power BI with a different email address.

For your reference guys, my university is providing Office 365 service.
