Power apps in Power BI Desktop

I have a BI dashboard that connects to Power Apps and works very well, I want to know how I can make it pass all records to Power App and be able to enter everyone's comments at the same time and not go from line to line, because currently I have to select the dashboard record, enter Power Apps and hit submit and I don't see it being very efficient, thanks for the help

I am not aware of another way when using the PowerApps visual.  There are custom (and paid) visuals that allegedly allow a grid entry method.
