Power Query logic Not Saving (On Sharepoint Synced to local)

Quick Question to see if anyone else has seen this issue

 

I have my PBIX File on Sharepoint Syned to my local folder

I check the file out

And open it from the local folder. I then do a couple of changes in Power Query Editor and screen shot the changes

Then I Close and Apply

Then I save and publish. I check the report is looking good over in service

Then I close the PBIX, and check it back in. The date on the file is the date I just saved at.

 

A Little later, I check back out.

Open the file locally again, go back in and the changes I make arent there in Power Query Editor.

I have just done the same thing again and exactly the same thing has happened.

 

Ive lost confidence in the process now. Something is going wrong. Has any one got any idea of what is going wrong here. Im really concerned other changes I assumed I had made arent in the PBIX File
