Power Query importing csv file with quatation as a joined delimeter

Hello,

I have some csv file I need to import to Power Query into Power BI.

Sometimes if in one field there is a combines artists It has a "artist1, artist 2" sign.
but when I try to load it to Power Query his gives me error and do not see it as a value.

Check the formula bar, specifically, the part that says Quotestyle, and change to QuoteStyle.Csv if it's like the one above.
