Power Query Merge without Duplicates

Hi all   I need to merge two tables which have in common the column called 'Site'.    To the table below called 'Data', I need to add the column called country from the table 'Master Table' ...

o59393 do site and plant columns contain unique values? if that is the case then I will do the merge on both Site and Plant and will get the single row.
