Power Query (M) functions dashboard - allowed to publish?

Question to Microsoft if it would be allowed to publish a dashboard on a public website that is fully based on information from #shared in Power Query.

Hi @MarcelBeug,

If you only want to use these documents to create a non-commercial website for sharing, I don't think they will block your action. 
BTW, I search on website but also not found accurate documents told the license of these documentations.

Would it be possible for you / your colleagues to get a more definitive respons?

In the meantime I'll try and get respons via the regular Microsoft support channels, but it appears quite a challenge to get in contact with the right channel.
