Power Query Filter Shows Empty Even Though Shouldn...

Hi,

I have some data that looks like this. There are many more deviceIds, so I want to filter by deviceId in power query.

I am able to see these correct deviceIds in this dropdown once I load it. But once I click on the correct deviceIds, which you can see before had data before the filter, both power query preview table, and once loaded, the power BI table shows empty.

Does anyone have a good reason as to why this is happening to me? The devices and data are standard, and I have used this way to filter with the same devices many times before in other tables.
