Power Query Editor doesn't show when I click on Transform
I have downloaded the latest versio of PowerBI, however when I "get data", the preview of the data is fine. When I click Transform, I am not taken to the PowerQuery editor and I cannot access features like Remove a Column, etc.
Is there a separate add on for PowerQuery for the PowerBI desktop? Here is the version info on PowerBI: Microsoft.MicrosoftPowerBIDesktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft.MicrosoftPowerBIDesktop
Thank you for any help you may provide!

Hi AJMorris
The latest version of Power BI Desktop is Version: 2.87.684.0 64-bit (Nov 2020), please check your version and upgrade it to the latest version if it is not the latest one.
If you have the latest version, please check your data connection mode.
If you use Live connection your Transform data option will be grey out.
Power query Editor will be available if you get data by import or direct query mode.
Or you can reinstall your power bi desktop and try again.
