I would like to add the column "Status" to Table 2  as below : 

The same Center, if the version in table 2 = [ CT_B] or  = [CT_B+1]  in Table 1 ==> OK 

Table 2 :

In the same Center, IF The build part in the version ( In red)  = 'Table1 Reference'[APP_B] or = 'Table1 Reference'[APP_B+1] ==> OK
