Power KPI matrix- Compare based on Slicer selection

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JpDTTSjJAR8U3k5Bt4SuJORAU8Se2Umz/view?usp=drivesdk

In the above power Bi file, i am using the power KPI matrix. I have a colum with date, name and age. i want to comparethe ages with the maximum age  based on the names i choose on the slicer.  It maximum age should change based on the names i chose on the slicer and then it should be compared with the actual age. Is this possible?

Hi @at8 ,

Please try:

Measure =
var _a = ALLSELECTED(Sheet1[Name])
return MAXX(FILTER(ALL(Sheet1),[Name] in _a),[Age])

Final output:
