Which fields do you need to apply to your KPI Matrix visual? Are these fields from multiple tables? If so, how did you create the relationships between these tables? Please provide relevant screenshots of your data model setting. And please provide some sample data from these tables, later we need to check why there are fields that are put into the Values option but the visual still don't show data... It would be nice if you could provide a simplified pbix file so that we can find the cause of problem faster and easier and provide you with a appropriate solution.
