Power KPI Matrix pop out chart
Hi,
1. Is there anyway to customize what will be shown in the Pop-out chart I want to turn off the Actual value but I could not (the line that shows 69)
2. I notice when I select the a row, It should activate the filter and make other visuals change. But I could not do that with this chart. Any ideas ?

According to your description, it seems like you want to do custom with the visual tooltip. If that is the case, I'd like to suggest you take a look at the report tooltip page to create a custom tooltip if suitable for your requirement:
