Power KPI Matrix freezing

Hello all  I am trying to use Power KPI Matrix visual on the desktop app and when starting to change visualizations like KPI, Categories etc... my app starting to be so slow. The data is not huge, 9...

    Hey guys 

    I've solved the problem alone. Excluded Row-Based Metrics Name form Fields and start doing the customization. Added again after and it works 🙂

    maybe it i not a solution as it should be, but I am sure that there is a bug in it... 90 Metrics Names are so less for doing a problem

Hi Anonymous ,

 

Are you opening many .pbix files at the same time?The CPU utilization is too high..

 

Try to clear the cache in options:

I have also tried clear cache and again same. I have powered off all other app on my comp. also and again same. (no other .pbix running)

The problem starts when I am trying to use Format button on the visual and for exp. trying to change the "Current Value" name in another. It stops responding or works so slow. Otherwise, setting the values is not a problem. It works ok.

This brings me the idea that maybe the visual has bugs....

it is strange because I have another reports with large datas and a lot of other visuals and never happened to any of them. Just this Power KPI Martix.

    One another thing. I have excluded all Categories from my document and again it is same ......
