I have a workspace with several pages, including 'shop', 'orders' and 'transactions'.
The shop page has graphs and tables to help us understand the related data. One graph here shows the number of orders per day. This is displayed by date, however as of Monday the 13th July it only shows up to the 10th July. If I go to the orders page I have a table and I can see multiple orders after the 10th of July.
When I open PowerBI in incognito I can get data on the shop page up to the current date. However, clearing my cache on chrome does not fix the version when not in incognito.
I have made sure to clear all filters already.
Any help on how to resolve this issue would be much appreciated.
Hi, @JDouglas
I wonder if there are some error messages. I have some questions.
1. What data source are you using? An on-premise data source or a cloud service?
2. Are you using an enterprise gateway or a personal gateway?
3. Have you correctly create the data source definintion in 'Manage gateway' and map the data source to the corresponding dataset in Power BI Service?
4. Have you checked the credentials which are use to connect to the data source are correct?
About schedual refresh, you may refer to the document .
Best Regards
Allan

@JDouglas , is data refresh is happening correctly, or is it a direct query?
