Power Bi to Informix - DRDA issue.

Hi Guys,   I did look for but i couln't find the awnser here.    I have to connect my power bi to informix database, power bi uses DRDA.   I don't have access to informix database to allow DRDA...

    Hi v-xuding-msft 

     

    Not yet, my action was to raise a ticked with IBM to enable the drda port.

     

    For now my solution it's been using ODBC connector.

Hi Anonymous ,

 

In the past I linked to an Informix table using an ODBC conection, so not directly to the Informix database but having a link trough OBDC, also because of limitations on connections.

 

Are you abble to have an ODBC conenction?

Hi MFelix

 

Yes, I'm trying to use the odbc connector too, however when connected I can't see any tables. 

It just shows me "dns=ODBC" and nothing else.
