Power Bi to Informix - DRDA issue.
- Anonymous6 years ago
Not yet, my action was to raise a ticked with IBM to enable the drda port.
For now my solution it's been using ODBC connector.
Hi Anonymous ,
In the past I linked to an Informix table using an ODBC conection, so not directly to the Informix database but having a link trough OBDC, also because of limitations on connections.
Are you abble to have an ODBC conenction?
Hi MFelix
Yes, I'm trying to use the odbc connector too, however when connected I can't see any tables.
It just shows me "dns=ODBC" and nothing else.

(Though the user resolved it using the SQL Server Linked server via SSRS eventually, you could reference the answer of v-deddai1-msft to have a try. Maybe it works for you.)
