Hi Guys,

I did look for but i couln't find the awnser here.

I have to connect my power bi to informix database, power bi uses DRDA.

Hi @v-xuding-msft

Not yet, my action was to raise a ticked with IBM to enable the drda port.

For now my solution it's been using ODBC connector.

Hi @Anonymous ,

In the past I linked to an Informix table using an ODBC conection, so not directly to the Informix database but having a link trough OBDC, also because of limitations on connections.

Are you abble to have an ODBC conenction?

Miguel Félix

Hi @MFelix

Yes, I'm trying to use the odbc connector too, however when connected I can't see any tables.

It just shows me "dns=ODBC" and nothing else.

Good morning I also have the same problem, someone has been able to solve it? Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

(Though the user resolved it using the SQL Server Linked server via SSRS eventually, you could reference the answer of @v-deddai1-msft to have a try. Maybe it works for you.)
