Power Bi table with column name as an row

Hi All,

I want to create a table where i want to use Column name in the place of rows.Please find the sample pbix file in link below. (desired result in a picture fomat for your reference)

On able to open the link. But Power BI has an option shown on row.

That will move columns to row.

I created an example on page two.

But this file needs a lot of work. You need to create a common date dimension, Divison dimension.

In the budget, you have to use month and  year to create a date.
