Power Bi sharepoint list -null values

Hi,

I was trying to get data from sharepoint folder to power bi, there are three files but few of the rows in the second and third file shows null.

I have tried to resolve by using same column name across all the files, but it shows null.

I have also used sharepoint list and merged other two files but the problem persists.

I have tried to get data from sharepoint folder  to power bi and it has three files and  I have merged all the three files in power query and For the first file the data is good as in excel but for other two files some of the rows shows as null but data is available in sharepoint. I can't get  proper output with null values so I'm struck here and I have changed all the column names across all files same but still problem persists.

    Hi Anonymous ,

Based on your description, I tested fetching data from a SharePoint folder and was not able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing. The presence of null values indicates that there may be mismatches or missing data in the rows of the second and third files where these null values appear. Here are a few suggestions to help you troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check that the data types of the data in the files are consistent.
    2. Try to fetch the data again after processing it with the power query editor, removing spaces that may cause interference.
    3. null values appear in the merge may be no match, the merge will be matched with the main table, if there is no match, it will be filled with null values.
    4. If your file contains list columns, you can refer to the link: Solved: SharePoint List and null values - Microsoft Fabric Community, to help you solve the problem.

If these suggestions don't help you solve the problem, please provide more detailed information, either in the form of a file or a screenshot, to help you solve the problem.

    Best Regards,
