Power Bi report builder page view is not aligning correctly

Hi,

I have created a report in PBI report builder for pdf extract. I was able to create a report and it looks like screenshot1, but when i click on print layout it truncates the report into half(screenshot2) instead of showing the entire table. could someone please advise how can i adjust the page layout so that it fits in one single page.

  • Anonymous change page size by clicking on the grey area and then select report properties and change that page to landscape or change the page width.

Thank you parry2k  it worked fine, but now there is an empty page after every page. is there a settings i can disable that empty page.

  • Anonymous well in report builder you can control each and everything, it is not going to be easy to explain. You can search for these kinds of things in SSRS forums since there is a lot more content available for SSRS. At end of the day, under the hood, report builder is just an SSRS.

  • Anonymous there can be many reasons for this, could be your tablix is too long, as I suggested, google for this problem in SSRS and apply that technique. There is no one answer for it.
