Hello,
I've created a report in Power Bi which shows all rejected dates with their amounts.
The issue I have is that it shows the approved status too for several columns where the other column is rejected.
For example I have KM1 KM2 KM3 columns and KM1 and 2 may be approved but KM3 is rejected so it shows both rejected and approved rows.
How can I hide the approved labels in rows?
I'm trying to use a formula that filters rejected by yes or no then choosing yes but it still shows approved.
Images attached and the formula as a photo too.
Thanks
Billy
@Anonymous , Change the style preset of the table from default to none. Then in cell element enable font color in conditional formatting in rules, select approval status for the field to base it on and for text value approval change the font color to white.
Changing preset is important otherwise white will be visible on grey.
Also share the response of the dax shown in the image.
