Power Bi equivalent of FirstSortedValue ({<$(vProjectsActive)>} [Project Address],

The code mentioned was from a QV but now I want to achiev a similar functioning in Power BI. what should I do??

Can you describe you data and what you are trying to accomplish? Looks like you are sorting a column by another column and then grabbing the first value?? In the example below, are you sorting Project Address or vProjectsActive or what are those things? Is vProjectsActive a view/table?
