As Daniel29195  said, make sure your Power Bi is the latest version. There are some suggestions here, I hope to help you solve the problem.
1. Try to run Power Bi Desktop as an administrator. Right -click Power Bi Desktop shortcut, and then select "Run as an administrator". This can sometimes solve issues related to permissions.

2. Try to disable full -screen optimization. Right -click Power Bi Desktop shortcut, select "Properties", transfer to the "Compatibility" tab, and select the "Disable Full -screen Optimization" option. This helps solve the problem of presentation in certain applications.
